What to tell us when you call
- What you are seeing (leak, no hot water, slow drain, smell of gas)
- Your address and the town you are in
- Whether water is actively running. If it is, shut off the main valve first.
If you smell gas, leave the home and call your gas utility or 911 from outside, then call us.
